I specialize in working with young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, and the meaning of it all. I also work with women who are navigating mid-life transitions -divorce, empty nest, and retirement - and finding new purpose.
My clients appreciate the safe and comfortable atmosphere where they can heal from childhood trauma, gain a new perspective, feel connected, build confidence, learn practical skills, and change unhealthy patterns.
