We are a small, local teletherapy group practice. Together, Rochelle and Rick offer you what we would want: Experience, education, convenience, connection, and lasting healing.
Rochelle works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, infertility, financial stress, and self-exploration. Her approach is warm, direct, and practical, helping you understand yourself more clearly to create meaningful change. With over 15 years of experience, Rochelle provides a safe space for growth for clients in OR, WA, and NJ via telehealth. She accepts Aetna, BCBS Premera and Regence, Moda and Providence.
Rick specializes in working with first responders and individuals struggling with addictions, including compulsive pornography use. He offers a direct, compassionate approach that helps clients manage stress, build healthier coping strategies, and break out of entrenched patterns. With deep respect for the unique pressures his clients face, Rick creates a grounded, judgment-free space where real change can take root. He works with clients in Oregon via telehealth and accepts Aetna, Providence, and Moda.
