Hello! Thank you for checking out my profile. My biggest priority as a therapist is building a relationship based on partnership, empowerment, and client-identified strengths. It is important to me that clients feel safe and free to be their whole selves in sessions. I enjoy working with individuals who are in the LGBTQIA+, neuro-divergent, and/or disability communities and am specialized in mood regulation, stress reduction, focus and attention, social skills, harm-reduction, and self-esteem challenges.
