I enjoy working with adults, couples, teenagers, and their families to meet their unique challenges, and focus on building a collaborative relationship in order to identify, highlight and utilize my client’s inherent strengths to promote self-awareness, self-acceptance and enhance my client’s ability and willingness to make their own decisions based on their unique lived experiences and their individual motivations and expectations.
I provide inclusive, evidence-based, solution-focused emotional, mental and behavioral therapies using a variety of modalities depending upon my patient’s presenting issues and objectives. My training and practice covers challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, infidelity and neurodiversity.
As a therapist, I am here to help my client obtain his/her/their goals, not to impose my beliefs. My general treatment approach is client/person-centered (Rogerian) and includes principles of Family Systems, Attachment, and Existential theories.
