I work with college students and young adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of what comes next. College can bring academic pressure, relationship challenges, identity exploration, independence, and uncertainty about the future. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, school or work stress, or a major life transition.

I especially enjoy supporting neurodivergent, gifted, and twice-exceptional students who may feel misunderstood or pressured to fit into expectations that don't work for them. My approach is warm, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming, with therapy tailored to your unique needs and strengths.

Drawing from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness, I help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and pursue meaningful goals.

You don't have to have everything figured out. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand yourself, and take your next step with greater confidence.
