Autumn Simpson
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings a warm approach to direct, empowering, and holistic therapy. My therapy style is collaborative, humorous, and affirming as I believe you are the expert in your own life but I can be a supportive tool to help you in being who you want to be!
I take a holistic approach, helping clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences all connect together. By connecting to the body in the moment, I use identifing subconscious reactions to explore barriers to truth, unhealed wounds, and growth.
Please reach out if you have questions regarding the process or if you are interested in scheduling a consultation call to see if we are a good fit for you!
