Austin Millet

Hello, my name is AJ Millet. I am a licensed psychologist working via telehealth in Corvallis. I am currently accepting clients, primarily with Pacific Source insurance. I believe that therapy can be powerful, vulnerable, nerve-wracking, and everything in between. I work to build a relationship of safety, respect, and honesty. Regardless of what brings you into therapy, I want you to feel assured that you will be met with compassion as we navigate the concerns in your life.

I work with adult clients (18+) with anxiety, depression, trauma or adjustment concern. I treat interpersonal concerns such as conflict, family concerns, relational dynamics, or abuse. I also work with identity development (gender, race, sexuality, etc.), managing emotions and emotional awareness. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment therapy to guide my work.
