I specialize in working with adults, teens and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life changes. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, pulling from multiple approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and solution-focused/short-term therapy.

Through therapy, I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment, so clients feel safe and heard while discussing difficult issues. I am committed to strengthen every individual, couple and family in our community by providing care and therapeutic services to lessen mental health stigmas around treatment.
