Aura Morris Psychotherapy started with the goal of helping people to targeted work to quickly resolve symptoms. We are trauma experts, and we work with a variety of other issues like depression, anxiety, nuerodiversity, OCD, dissociative disorders, psychosis, life transitions, grief, stress, etc.
We use a combination of deep listening, EMDR, parts work, and other somatic modalities to help our clients achieve profound and lasting change. We expect that you will see significant progress in the time we are working together, and if you don't, we will help you find someone who can offer that to you.
