The journey I embark on with clients and my perspective is informed by an alchemical Mind/Body/Soul model, which uses Jungian-based and Embodied Psycho-dynamic principles, combined with other modalities that recognize the multiple aspects of psyche and dynamics within the human experience. My perspective holds that unresolved issues from the past create thought, belief, behavior, and life patterns that negatively impact the present. I believe all people are beautiful divine souls. Our suffering and pain on this earth-walk takes nothing away from our divinity, it births our compassion and spiritual consciousness. This perspective has been the guiding light of my life's path.
