Aubrey East
Hi! I’m Aubrey, and I’m glad you’re here.
As a clinician, I’m passionate about supporting students through the challenges that come with transitioning to college and navigating life’s many turning points. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity development, family dynamics, or performance-related stress, you’re not alone!
I take a collaborative and direct approach to therapy, drawing from evidence based modalities like ACT, CBT, interpersonal therapy, and family systems work. My goal is to create a supportive space where we can work together to help you connect with your strengths, build self understanding, and move toward the version of yourself you want to be. I believe in honoring your unique lived experiences and helping you feel seen, heard, and empowered every step of the way!
