Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 23 days ago

From a young age, I felt driven by a deep curiosity about the inner worlds of others. Our inner world is uniquely shaped by our individual lived experiences, making each of us distinct in how we perceive and navigate life. I aim to foster a space that allows for the exploration of how one's lived experiences shapes identity, contribute to repeating patterns and impacts our relationship with ourselves and others.

With a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental approach, I support clients in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, identity and interpersonal relationships. Blending psychodynamic, relational and DBT practices along with mindfulness techniques, I strive to create a safe space for exploration and growth.

With extensive experience supporting adults and students in both private and public mental health settings, I bring a rich and diverse perspective to the therapeutic process.

To me counseling is a delicate and committed process that involves honoring each client's experience and working together to expand self-awareness and connection.
