Stop hurting.

Sometimes, we hurt so much and for so long that we forget what true happiness feels like. We all try to navigate life the best that we can. We all try to find that glimpse of hope every morning. Yet, sometimes it just feels impossible to know exactly what we are holding on to.

This is where we can help.

As an award winning mental health practice in Utah, we have had the opportunity to help adults and children cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, loss, relationship problems and other disorders/disabilities. Our practice focuses on rapport-building and applying scientifically-proven theories to help our patients achieve their goals.

We carefully design and implement empirically validated treatments to individuals, couples, and families. Some of the therapeutic orientations that we specialize in includes Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family System (IFS), Gottman Relationship Modality, Narrative Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and others.
