Let's be honest, life can be unpredictable and challenging. Especially in a world filled with guidance set forth by Google and social media influencers, and expectations we create for ourselves as a result. It can be easy to get caught up in a repetitive reel of self-doubt and worry for the future. Add in a form of neurodivergence or history of trauma exposure, and you can easily find yourself stuck as you attempt to navigate next steps while lacking the tools that work best with your brain and personal experiences. The reality is, however, that we're all human and sometimes we need a little help navigating it all.

Areas Of Specialty:

-Navigating relationships-Is it worth it? I love them/I hate them. Divorced, now what?

-Finding the "function" in family dysfunction-Is it my parent's fault? Co-parenting is hard!

-Neurodivergence-Help me make sense of what doesn't. 504/IEP rescue me!

-Young Adulthood-I'm not ready to grow up! I feel so alone.

You might feel like you don't, but you've got this! You've made it this far! Whether you want to learn strategies to manage the unmanageable, experience emotion in a space where you can be you, rebuild that sense of self you feel you've lost, or simply need someone to listen to your story. You're in the driver's seat & I'll be your co-pilot on this journey.
