This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
- Pre-Licensed Professionals
I am a mental health professional with over 15 years of experience working in both public and private university settings in NJ and NYC. Through this work, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity and integration in mental health care, particularly within diverse academic communities.
I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can freely explore their challenges and strengths. Guided by a person-centered philosophy, I meet clients where they are in their journey and support them in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
I specialize in working with high-functioning adults and college populations, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, hoarding, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, adjustment difficulties, work and academic functioning, first-generation immigration challenges, multicultural issues, and crisis intervention.
In addition to my clinical work, I bring a unique perspective informed by my MBA in Leadership and Strategy. I am passionate about bridging wellness and leadership, empowering individuals especially emerging and established leaders to navigate challenges with resilience, empathy, and strategic foresight. My goal is to equip clients with the tools they need for both personal well-being and organizational success.
