College is a time of transformation. While this can be exciting and new, it may also come with uncertainty and difficulty. I enjoy working with college students to help them understand themselves and their world as it continues to shift and grow. I work with clients dealing with topics such as anxiety, depression, self-confidence, LGBTQ+ issues, adjustment disorders, boundary setting, interpersonal problems, and communication. Every person comes to counseling with their own strengths, needs, and unique perspective; because of this, I utilize a holistic, individualized approach to therapy. Above all else, I believe the first step to real therapeutic change begins with creating an environment where clients can feel safe and comfortable working collaboratively toward their goals.
When you feel ready, reach out about scheduling a consultation to see if my therapy style aligns with your needs. I can't wait to meet you!
