Hi! I am a Resident in Counseling working at Central Virginia Counseling in Lynchburg. I have over three years of experience working with adolescents, college students, and adults. I have helped people learn to manage feelings of anxiety, depression, and grief. I have experience working with people affected by trauma, low self esteem, family difficulties, life transitions, and stress. I use a collaborative approach and strive to create a safe environment for you to explore your feelings and reach your goals. I know that taking the step to start therapy can definitely be scary! It is a great honor for me to hear people's stories and empower them to make changes in their lives.
