Accepting clients Last Updated 13 days ago

**Now accepting virtual BCBS Massachusetts patients living in New York. You can check to see if I accept your plan and what your copay would be on my website.***

I believe that the foundation to effective and meaningful therapeutic work lies in the mutual building of a safe and trusting relationship in which the client feels valued, respected, and understood. Seeking therapeutic support requires a significant amount of courage. I take this seriously and feel deeply honored to be trusted to do this work and to witness the growth of those I serve.

I do not see myself as an expert in my clients’ lives and approach treatment collaboratively. I am open to incorporating creative expression, playfulness & humor, movement, somatics, mindfulness, connecting to community, nature, and/or clients' spiritual interests when appropriate. Ultimately, I will respect the approach and pace that works best for you.

I value an anti-oppressive and neurodiversity affirming approach to psychotherapy. I have ample experience working with people from varying socioeconomic, cultural and racial backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. Whether you choose to reach out to me or not, I wish you the best in finding a therapist who is the right fit.
