You are the expert on you. I simply seek to work alongside you as a collaborator in your personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. I am certified in EMDR, and I have knowledge and training in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and prenatal/postpartum concerns. We do serious work in session, but I approach my work with lightness, and I firmly believe that lightness lends itself to true connection, growth, and even laughter.

I work primarily with adolescents and adults who face relationship challenges, complex trauma, and utilize an eclectic approach. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with many of my clients who have experienced trauma.
