Ashley Jackson
Living with anxiety or a mood disorder can feel isolating, overwhelming, and hard to put into words. You may find yourself overthinking, feeling on edge, or weighed down by intense sadness. At other times, your energy or mood may shift in ways that feel just as unsettling - racing thoughts, difficulty sleeping, or feeling pulled in a million different directions. You may wonder why things feel so much harder for you than they seem for others or feel frustrated by patterns that you can't seem to break. If any of this resonates with you, I see you - and you don't have to go through it on your own.
I'm here to help by creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space grounded in empathy and honesty, when it’s helpful. You’re the expert in your life—I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we will explore your values, build routines that support your mood, and gently shift unhelpful thought patterns.
My practice is rooted in a deep respect for the many factors that shape each person’s healing—both within and around them. Having experienced my own transformative work in therapy, I understand the courage and vulnerability it takes to show up. It’s truly an honor to be invited into that journey, and I approach each client with care, humility, and warmth.
