I work primarily with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and diminished self-esteem. These issues manifest in many different ways and may include an inability to make decisions, difficulty maintaining relationships, low confidence, discomfort in social settings, exhaustion, fears that may seem irrational and poor view of self. I enjoy digging into these issues because they can be debilitating and it is amazing to witness the life change that can occur through therapeutic self discovery.
Through the use of Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, my focus involves supporting clients in self-esteem development, anxiety reduction, mood improvement and personal growth.
