As a dual certified primary care and psychiatric Nurse Practitioner as well as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe in taking a biopsychosocial approach to care. Our physical health and mental health are so closely intertwined and influenced by both social and environmental factors. My practice experience includes community psychiatry, weight management, mental health research, psychiatric emergency room, eating disorders, mood disorders, ECT and most recently running a primary care clinic embedded in an outpatient mental health clinic as well a working as clinical faculty at Johns Hopkins University school of Nursing. My background has prepared me to provide fully integrated care taking a whole person approach to treatment.
