After working in the mental health field for approximately nine years in a variety of settings, I have learned that the most important part of working with anybody is flexibility, compassion, and the ability to meet people where they are at. As such, my role as a clinician is to allow you to explore difficult areas of your life at your own pace. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and that the therapeutic process should be a collaborative one. It is important to me that you feel comfortable, connected, and engaged throughout our work together because therapy is often a difficult, yet rewarding, process.​

Areas of Focus: depression, anxiety, psychosis, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, grief, relationship issues (high conflict, codependency, etc.), family of origin issues, emotional abuse, boundary setting, low self-esteem, self-doubt, and emotional avoidance. ​
