College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. I work with clients who are dealing with a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Whether you're feeling stuck, struggling with self-doubt, or just need a space to talk things through, I'm here to help. My style is warm, supportive, and focused on creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we figure out what works best for you. Together, we'll navigate the ups and downs, build coping skills, and find ways to help you feel more confident and in control.
