Ashley Anechiarico

To make the choice to be in therapy takes courage, and as your therapist, I am honored to be part of such an important step in your life. I am committed to working with you to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment in which to explore your challenges, and highlight your strengths. In my career, I have worked with individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs. My experience includes, but is not limited to, treating mood disorders, anxiety, self-esteem issues, addiction, and life transition stressors. My practice is also LGBTQ+, and polyamory friendly.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I use a mix of mindfulness, relational, narrative, and cognitive behavioral approaches to help guide you in your journey towards relief and clarity.
