Welcome to your healing journey!
Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who currently serves adults throughout the state of Texas. I have a profound passion for mental health and strive to create a safe, therapeutic space where your unique story is valued.

Whether you are seeking support for concerns related to work stress, relationships in your life, life transitions, need support managing your emotions, or need assistance processing a troubling event, I am here for you.
During sessions I use a variety of trauma informed approaches to therapy, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR aims to help make tough memories less distressing, while promoting healing from difficult experiences. Through personalized strategies, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to explore patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that can lead to a more fulfilled life. I am also a therapist who utilizes holistic approaches, so I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and somatic practices into our sessions.
Some sessions will be tougher than others, but you are the expert of your own healing.

In our first session, you take the lead in defining the path forward. We will explore the pressing issue that brought you to seek support and will create a treatment plan that is uniquely tailored to the goals and changes that you are looking for.
I do require a 15-minute consultation call before the first session is scheduled.
