With mental health awareness at the forefront of the national conversation, therapy is becoming less and less taboo to seek out. I hope to join you on your journey of healing and embracing your authentic self.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I use techniques from different therapy modalities in order to individualize my services for you. I often draw from modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Relational-Cultural Therapy, and more.
My goal is to provide you with a safe space and an open ear. I believe that health and well-being includes connections to others and that we hold the key to our own healing. I aim to help you discover that key, and join you on that path.
