Hi, I’m Armica—a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals navigating life’s challenges and moving toward meaningful change. I work with individuals facing a range of concerns including depression, stress, PTSD, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, identity exploration, and alcohol or substance use. My goal is to create a supportive, affirming space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to take the next step in your journey.
