Hi there! I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner passionate about helping individuals, especially young adults, find peace in their mental health journey. If you’re overwhelmed by anxious thoughts or struggling with stress, you’re not alone; I’m here to support you.

I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when there’s still so much stigma around mental health. But I truly believe that mental wellness is just as important as physical health. My approach is about treating the whole person—your mind, body, and emotions. Together, we’ll look at your concerns in a way that helps you feel more in control of what you’re facing.

With experience working in both inpatient psychiatric care and a Level I trauma emergency department, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many different people facing difficult moments. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety by teaching them how to understand their thoughts and focus on what they can control, leading to greater peace of mind.

I also believe in the power of combining therapy with medication management, when appropriate, to ensure you get the most effective care possible. In our sessions, you’ll find a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be your true self. You’ll be heard, supported, and guided—no matter what you’re going through.

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more at peace with yourself and more confident in facing life’s challenges. You deserve to feel understood and empowered, and I’m here to help you take that step toward mental wellness.

I’m looking forward to working with you!
