Hi, I’m Arlana, a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over eight years of experience in mental health care. I started my career in a state inpatient facility where I treated a wide range of psychiatric disorders. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how mental health treatment is not always a straight path—there are ups and downs, and patience is key. I’ve worked with patients through some of their hardest moments and watched them make progress, sometimes in unexpected ways. This has shaped my approach to care: no matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to meet you where you’re at and support your goals.

My areas of expertise include treating bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and psychosis. I have also worked with adults, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals.

I know how hard it can be to reach out for help, especially while balancing school, work, or personal challenges. My goal is to make this process as comfortable and supportive as possible. I’ll work with you to create a treatment plan that focuses on your unique needs, whether you’re navigating intense emotions, dealing with symptoms that affect your daily life, or just trying to understand what’s going on.

I believe in whole-person care, which means I’m focused on treating more than just your symptoms. I want to help you feel confident and comfortable in your care, and I’ll always listen to what you need. Whether you’re seeking medication management, therapy, or a combination, I’m here to help you take the next step toward feeling better. Let’s work together to create a plan that fits your life.
