I’m a Clinical Psychologist (board certified in Group Psychology), and I work with college and graduate students who want to understand themselves better and feel more at ease in their lives and relationships.
In therapy, I offer a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening—whether it’s stress, anxiety, relationships, identity, motivation, or big transitions. My approach is psychoanalytic and relational, which means we pay attention not just to symptoms, but to the deeper patterns and experiences that shape how you think and feel.
