Many of us face challenges in our everyday life that can interfere with work, family, friendships, and our own experience of happiness and satisfaction. Ups and downs are to be expected, but there are strategies and tools that can assist us in navigating the roller coaster of life in a way that helps us feel in control and prepared to face challenges that may arise, while taking full advantage of and enjoying the peaks and highs that life has to offer. I am here to navigate those ups and downs alongside you and help you gain skills to be the best version of yourself for yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, and others that depend on you.

In 2015, I graduated from the University of Akron with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisor Designation (LISW-S). I have worked in a variety of settings for the past nine years and have gained experience working with diverse populations, including adolescents and adults experiencing depression and anxiety, body image concerns, addictions, and individuals with histories of trauma. I am also passionate about the stressors and challenges that caregivers and parents face as they navigate parenthood and adapt to changes within family dynamics.

I have an eclectic approach, drawing on CBT strategies, DBT interventions, and Motivational Interviewing to help you change the way you think and feel, resulting in positive changes in how you view yourself and the world around you. I want to help you develop healthy coping strategies and calming tools to navigate everyday challenges and stressors in a way that feels best for you.
