Ariel Rosenbloom
You pride yourself on being driven, capable, and self-reliant, but inside, you feel like you’re barely holding it together. You’re great at taking care of others, but struggle to put yourself first or express your needs. Maybe you’ve spent years understanding your patterns and analyzing why you feel the way you do—but the same problems keep cropping up, no matter how hard you try to change them. You want to set boundaries without guilt or fear of disappointing others. You’re exhausted from putting on a brave face and working so hard just to get by. Deep down, you just want to feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
As a Level 2-trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I specialize in helping adults go beyond talk therapy and heal trauma, attachment wounds, and burnout at the root. Together, we’ll get curious about the parts of you that feel stuck and work to shift ingrained patterns so you can move through life with greater clarity, connection, and confidence.
My work centers around the belief that we each hold the innate capacity for deep healing, self-compassion, and inner trust. I offer an affirming, inclusive approach shaped by feminist and social justice values. I particularly enjoy working with creatives, men, and folks in their 20s and 30s. If this resonates, reach out for a consultation.
