A beautiful thing about our bodies is that our bodies can talk to us. Our bodies can provide us with data that can be beneficial to our mental and physical state of being. Breaking down and analyzing that data can be key to understanding what we need to help ourselves.

We can discuss trauma recovery, relationship intimacy (including monogamy, polyamory, and open relationships), sex positivity, BDSM and kink, peer relationships, family relationships, body image, anxiety, stress, depression, self growth, and life transitions. I also specialize in working with Deaf & Hard of Hearing (D/HH) folks, issues in D/HH identity and culture, and parents and family members of D/HH children. I can provide therapy in American Sign Language (ASL) for both D/HH and hearing folks (CODAs, SODAs, SpODAs, interpreters, learners, etc.) alike.

Join me on a transparent, attentive, and open path as we work together to unleash the magic of YOU. It all begins with you. There is no time like now.
