Hey there! I'm a psychiatrist who's passionate about helping students like you navigate the challenges that come with mental health. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or even more complex issues like substance use, I'm here to listen and help you find your way. I know college can be overwhelming at times—it's a period of big transitions, new responsibilities, and figuring out your place in the world. Therapy can be an amazing space to sort through all that, and I'm here to make that process as comfortable and supportive as possible.

My approach is warm, flexible, and patient-centered, meaning I tailor our sessions to fit your specific needs and what feels right for you. I encourage openness and honest feedback from my clients—if something isn't working for you, let's talk about it! I specialize in treating a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, and substance use disorders. I also offer medication management alongside therapy when it's helpful because I believe a combination of both can be incredibly effective.

Don't be discouraged if you've tried therapy before and it didn't click! Finding the right fit can take time, but when you do, it's so worth it. I'm committed to helping you find that connection, whether with me or someone else.

Outside of work, I'm a huge believer in self-care and having fun. Whether I'm hanging out with my dog, getting in a kickboxing class, or playing a game of Dungeons & Dragons, I make time to recharge.

Let's work together to get you feeling more like yourself. You've already taken the first step by seeking help, and that's something to be proud of! Reach out when you're ready, and let's start your journey to feeling better.
