My passion lies in supporting college students and young adults as they navigate life's challenges. In our sessions, we'll partner to address a range of issues, from societal pressures to personal expectations and relationship complexities. I specialize in guiding individuals through life transitions, helping forge coping strategies and stress management techniques. We will work together to create tools to target your individual experiences.

My approach is rooted in humanistic psychology and evidence-based modalities, integrating mindfulness, psychodynamic theories, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to foster personal growth and self-discovery. I aim to provide a non-judgmental and supportive safe space for clients to be understood. I want my clients to have experienced transformative growth, acquiring healthy habits, coping skills, and a deeper sense of self-awareness throughout our sessions. We will utilize teamwork and collaboration to best create a plan that best suits you. I like to refer to my technique as a “tool box approach”, meaning I will utilize my “tool box” by picking out what I think will best apply to you in that moment. A different “tool” or different mixture of “tools” works for each individual client, which is where I come in to help create the unique “tool box” for you, always adapting and evolving based upon your input.

I have a focus on helping Generation Z and emerging adults navigate their distinct set of challenges, I'm dedicated to pioneering effective support strategies tailored to their needs. Through ongoing research, I'm continuously refining techniques to address their unique struggles. I also focus on areas of anxiety, depression, personality disorders, stress, coping strategies, trauma, relationships and families, life transitions, women’s issues, pregnancy and postpartum, LGBTQ+, and identity exploration. I aim to continue research advancements in the field, attain a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology or related fields, and open a private practice.
