Ariana Andrade
I am a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts, specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents and young adults. I aim to provide a culturally responsive, non-judgmental, yet direct approach to therapy, with the goal of helping my clients find confidence and purpose in not only their strengths, but their weaknesses. I work with clients and families to address life’s challenges by helping them to examine interpersonal relationships, process difficult thoughts and emotions, explore healthy coping strategies and find tangible solutions.
I have been trained in a variety of modalities for the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief and loss and trauma-related disorders. I utilize an eclectic, client-centered approach, drawing from techniques rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Strength-based Relational Therapy.
Although reaching out for support can feel daunting, I urge you to see the strength in your vulnerability. You are choosing to take time for YOU and your emotional wellness. I am currently accepting new patients, via telemedicine. Please feel free to send me an email to set up a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
