Ardelle Bland is a doctorate-level national certified counselor. She specializes in working with teens and young adults navigate life transitions. She loves to draw from narrative concepts and creative writing in therapy. She believes that deep down we all want to live the “hero’s journey” and she enjoys supporting people in finding out what that is for them personally.
With almost 20 years of experience in mental health, she understands the amazing transformation that can occur when we take intentional steps to discover who we truly are and what we want from life. Having worked with counselors and coaches during seasons of change in her own life, she has experienced firsthand how the process of self-discovery and intentional action can reshape one’s life.
In addition, she draws from intuitive guidance in her practice. It is that inner sense of knowing that may not be explainable in the moment, but she has learned to trust it. From unexpected journal prompts to a nudge to ask you something else, this part of her practice reflects what can be referred to as intuition. She aims to help her clients trust their own intuition as part of their healing journey.
Through your time together, she will guide you to become the author of your own story, helping you gain clarity, purpose, and confidence for the next chapter. Through this approach she hopes to inspire and empower you to transform your life with intention and create the future you desire.
