Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LCMHC, CRC

Life is a journey – it’s path can be easy to navigate or can have twists and turns that we never expected. Sometimes, we veer off the path altogether and find ourselves lost. I want to help you to get back on your path and become the best version of yourself. I believe that the time people spend outside of therapy is even more important than the time spent in it. I focus on teaching skills that can be utilized in real-world settings and help ease distress and improve overall function in life. I will work with you to form concrete, attainable goals and guide you along the path towards achievement.

I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment in which you can freely express your thoughts, feelings and beliefs. I understand that each individual is unique and will work collaboratively with you, because no one knows your story better than you do.

Taking the first step toward support can feel difficult, but the rewards for you can be endless.
