Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Licensed Professional Counselors

When I was a student in college, my parents were going through a bitter divorce and I lost a close friend from school and three family members all in one year. I felt as if I was losing my mind. My close friends connected me with a therapist and it literally changed my life. I felt heard, supported and validated and was given permission to let things go and actually focus on my issues and my needs instead of everyone else’s.

This is one of the main reasons why I practice therapy and have a heart for college-age students. I was you once and I hope to help just as I was once helped.

We all go through seasons in our lives when things just feel too overwhelming or we feel as if we cannot get through it without a little help. I believe that is what therapy is for. It is to help us find our voices and find ourselves again. In the seasons when we feel lost and hopeless, a therapist can help empower us to find the strength to overcome our challenges and heal from our pain.

I am a firm believer in the notion that we only live once on this earth. Make the most of it. Heal the hurt. Develop a growth mindset. Live a life that is full so that you can thrive at being the best version of you! I am honored to help you get there!
