Apolo Zamparelli Soul-Oriented Psychotherapy
You've made it to college, but something still feels off. Maybe anxiety is louder than it used to be, or you're caught in a pattern you can't seem to break with substances, food, sex, or just the story you tell yourself about who you are. Maybe depression has made everything feel flat, or a relationship is unraveling, or you just sense there's more to you than what's showing up right now.
I offer soul-oriented psychotherapy, therapy that goes beneath symptom management to help you understand who you actually are and how you actually want to live. My approach blends somatic (body-based) work, Gestalt therapy, and depth psychology, so sessions are alive and relational, not just talking through problems.
I work well with students who are done just getting by, who want real clarity about themselves, not just coping strategies. I see individuals and couples, in-person in Gainesville and via telehealth anywhere in Florida.
