Anya Anderson
If you're a college/graduate student, young adult, or professional dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationships, identity development, or self-esteem, you're not alone!
Integrating evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, and ACT with a relational approach, our work will focus on exploring personal patterns to explore root causes of symptoms and how these contribute to distress. I meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they move toward growth, clarity, and a greater sense of alignment.
The foundation of my work is an identity-affirming approach that positions you as the expert of your own experience so you can feel supported and empowered to deepen self-awareness, build coping skills, and move toward a meaningful, values-driven life.
It's never too late or too early to get to the life you want. I look forward to getting to know you! Please note calls & emails will be answered by our practice administrator.
