Anxiety is a normal part of the human experience, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can distract you from what's important in your life.
Anxiety, OCD, ADHD and panic symptoms can have a negative impact on your overall functioning; including sleep, appetite, productivity, health, relationships and mood. When you find yourself struggling with these concerns, you may benefit from having an experienced and friendly professional to speak with, even for a brief period, to help you manage and reduce these symptoms so you can focus on what's important to you.
If you have been in therapy for anxiety and are not improving; you may have OCD; these symptoms are often missed by even the most well-meaning therapists; my practice offers a comprehensive evaluation for OCD as well as anxiety and we provide treatment for both. Most importantly, we teach you how to manage your symptoms so they don't negatively impact your functioning.

My goal is to facilitate your emotional wellness while providing you with strategies and tangible tools to manage the many demands of life and school in a highly rigorous setting.
I am available in my Princeton office, around the corner from campus and remotely on Zoom.
I am committed to an empowerment perspective, respectfully striving to be free from detrimental effects of systemic oppression, racism, sexism, ableism and body shaming. I am LGBTQIA+ and polyamory welcoming and inviting, holding space for people from varying lifestyles and perspectives.
I provide therapy, consultation and assessment for children ages 6 and up related to OCD, Anxiety and behavioral challenges, as well as support for new parents and couples with families.
I work closely with students and families in need of educational assessment, occupational therapy and medication management in the community.
I also have expertise in working with people from creative and performing arts backgrounds and welcome working with writers, artists and visual creators.
