Welcome to my private practice, located both online and in person in Princeton across from the University. I am also licensed in New York and Florida.

My practice focuses on all aspects of Anxiety, Panic and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I have been in practice since my 20's; and have over 30 years of experience. Students have described me as warm, proactive, caring and engaged. I was a traditional talk therapist and then pursued additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focused on OCD and Anxiety. This allows me to offer you both the supportive space to explore your concerns as well as practical evidence based tools and strategies for symptom relief. I focus on you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or label.

In addition to being a therapist, I was a an advisor and lecturer/adjunct professor at NYU, Columbia and the University of South Florida. I was formerly on the staff of Princeton CPS as well as a number of other academic counseling centers. My experience allows me to offer a space to think out loud and brainstorm about interactions with lab members, advisors, JP/Senior Thesis topics, Generals, the dissertation process, post-doc planning, career and life choices and other aspects of academic life. I have particular expertise in helping people overcome writer's block and motivational issues.

My practice is evidence based solidly grounded research on best practices for addressing OCD, Anxiety, Panic, ADHD, Learning Difference, Toxic Perfectionism, Difficulty with Executive Functioning and related conditions impacting your mood, relationships, productivity, motivation, sleep, appetite and stress levels.

I partner with you to draw upon your strengths in a warm, trauma informed compassionate approach to your concerns. My practice is welcoming to people from varying cultural and religious backgrounds, lifestyles and belief systems.
My practice is queer, trans & poly friendly.
I also work with Individuals who are coping with pregnancy loss, infertility and new parenthood.

I provide therapy, consultation and assessment for children ages 6 and up related to OCD, Anxiety and behavioral challenges, as well as coaching for parents and couples dealing with anxiety, ADHD and OCD.
I work closely with students and families in need of educational assessment, occupational therapy and medication management in the community.

I also have expertise in working with people from creative, visual and performing arts backgrounds and welcome musicians, composers, actors, writers, artists and visual creators. I am a former therapist at NYU-Tisch School of the Arts, The Actors Fund (Entertainment Community Fund), The Musician's Union, The Bebe Neuwirth Dancer's Resource Program and the Julliard School.

About Me: In addition to being a therapist, I am a mixed media artist, meditator and mom to two young adults. I live near Princeton with my family including a furry family member.
