Welcome to my therapy practice offering compassionate, individualized, evidence-based care. I am interested in you as a person, not just as a diagnosis or label. I draw upon your strengths in a warm, genuine & respectful interaction to address OCD, Panic, Anxiety, Phobias, ADHD, Body Dysmorphia, Social Anxiety, Compulsive and Restrictive Eating, Chronic Worry, Self Doubt, Insomnia, Toxic Perfectionism, Alcohol Overuse, Behavioral Addiction, Skin Picking, Tics, Trichotillomania, low mood, relationship challenges, existential and spiritual questions, health concerns and navigating academic work flow and overcoming procrastination.

Anxiety is a normal part of the human experience, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can distract you from what's important in your life.
Anxiety, OCD, ADHD and panic symptoms can have a negative impact on your overall functioning; including sleep, appetite, productivity, health, relationships and mood. If you find yourself struggling with these concerns, you may benefit from having an experienced and friendly professional to speak with, even for a brief period, to help you manage and minimize these symptoms so you can focus on what's important to you.

My goal is to facilitate your emotional wellness while providing you with strategies and support to manage the many demands of life and school in a highly rigorous setting.
I am available in my Princeton office, around the corner from campus and virtually on Zoom.

I am committed to an empowerment perspective, respectfully striving to be free from detrimental effects of systemic oppression, racism, sexism, ableism and body shaming. I am LGBTQIA+ and polyamory welcoming and inviting, holding space for people from varying lifestyles and perspectives.

I provide therapy, consultation and assessment for children ages 6 and up related to OCD, Anxiety and behavioral challenges , as well as for new parents and couples.
I work closely with students and families in need of educational assessment , occupational therapy and medication management,
