Welcome to my private practice, located both online and in person in Princeton across from the University. I am also licensed in New York and Florida.

I have worked with college and graduate students and their families for over 20 years; I specialize in the issues and challenges of this stage of life and the specific concerns related to life in a rigorous academic environment. I also have specific expertise in OCD, Anxiety, Panic and related conditions.

Our focus includes all variations of anxiety and stress, insomnia, health & relationship concerns. perfectionism, phobias, skin picking, procrastination, imposter syndrome, ADHD, ASD and chronic worry and compulsive behaviors. I also assist students with executive functioning challenges including time and task management, motivation, planning and execution of projects large and small, preparing for generals, thesis prep and career planning.

I have been a therapist and an lecturer in academic spaces for over 20 years including at Princeton University, NYU, Columbia University, The Julliard School, Parson's School of Design and the University of South Florida. Students have described me as warm, proactive, caring and engaged.

Prior to becoming an OCD and Anxiety specialist, I did traditional talk therapy. Additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allows me to offer you both the supportive space to explore your concerns as well as practical evidence based tools and strategies for symptom relief. I focus on you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or label.

My practice is evidence based solidly grounded in research on best practices for addressing OCD, Anxiety, Panic, ADHD, Learning Differences, Motivation, Toxic Perfectionism and related conditions impacting your mood, relationships, productivity, sleep, appetite and stress levels.

I partner with you to draw upon your strengths, welcoming to people from varying cultural and religious backgrounds, lifestyles and belief systems.
My practice is queer, trans & poly friendly.

I also work with Individuals who are coping with family planning, pregnancy loss, infertility and new parenthood.

I provide therapy, consultation and assessment for children ages 6 and up related to OCD, Anxiety and learning challenges, as well as coaching for parents and couples dealing with anxiety, ADHD and OCD.

I work closely with students and families in need of educational assessment, occupational therapy and medication management in the community.

I also have expertise in working with people from creative, visual and performing arts backgrounds and welcome musicians, composers, actors, writers, artists and visual creators. I am a former therapist at NYU-Tisch School of the Arts, The Actors Fund (Entertainment Community Fund), The Musician's Union, The Bebe Neuwirth Dancer's Resource Program and the Julliard School.

About Me: In addition to being a therapist, I am a mixed media artist, meditator and mom to two young adults. I live near Princeton with my family including a furry family member.
