Antoinette Donofrio
Have you been wanting to address difficult feelings or make needed changes? Struggling to identify barriers or cope with anxiety, depression, or other distressing transitions keeping you from your best life? I offer an open and nonjudgmental space to explore what has been and co-create what could be through self-awareness. I utilize a variety of therapeutic and creative methods to help untangle life’s branches and uncover the root of your suffering. As a current masters-level clinician and doctoral candidate, I am a compassionate thought partner helping to carve a trail towards liberation, healing, and wholeness.
My style is adaptable, and relationship focused; I aim to empower you, through successes and failures, to confidently make choices and changes which are best for your life. Together we will forge a therapeutic alliance based on mutual empathy, alignments and course corrections, which will create an opportunity to unlock new and unknown potentials.
While healing is a lifelong journey, our alliance could be the one that changes it all, contact me to find out! Outside of my work, I enjoy yoga and dance workouts, outdoor adventures, reading and writing, live music, learning via podcasts, travel, loafing with my cat, and cooking for friends and family.
