Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselors

My particular areas of interests include (but are not limited to): depression/anxiety, life transitions, college mental health, LGBTQIA+ issues, emotion regulation, and family work. I have significant experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, working with children on the autism spectrum, and children/family work. I also have extensive training in risk assessments, individual, group, and family therapy.

I approach each person/group as unique and will tailor my techniques/practices appropriately. My graduate work was with a concentration on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I also utilize techniques such as mindfulness, motivational interviewing, strength-based therapy, coping skill training, etc.
