College can be exciting, overwhelming, confusing, and transformative — often all at once. If you’re feeling anxious, stressed, burned out, unsure of your major, struggling socially, or navigating big life decisions, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I help college students who are experiencing:
-Academic pressure, procrastination, or motivation challenges
-Stress, anxiety, or burnout
-Difficulty adjusting to campus life
-Relationship or roommate concerns
-Career uncertainty or fear about the future
-Work–school–life balance struggles
-Identity exploration or major life transitions

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly, gain clarity, and build the confidence and skills you need to move forward. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, strengthen your coping strategies, and help you make choices that feel right for you.

With over 18 years of experience providing personal and career counseling in community college and university settings, I understand the unique challenges students face — academically, socially, and emotionally. You deserve support that meets you exactly where you are.
