Accepting clients Last Updated 9 days ago

As a queer therapist, I specialize in working with LGBTQ individuals, as well as children, teens, adults and families. I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, anger, self-harm, suicidal ideation, school/work/relationship stress, and navigating issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity.

I predominantly use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Art Therapy during telehealth sessions. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. If you would prefer face-to-face counseling sessions, I offer EcoTherapy nature-based counseling which takes place in the Mt. Hood National Forest.
