My 16 years of experience as a therapist, teacher, school counselor, professor, and social worker has given me the training necessary to help you reach your goals. If you are seeking compassionate support on your healing journey, you've come to the right place. My role as a therapist is to help you recognize your ability to heal, and find new ways of understanding yourself and the world around you.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, evidence-based, and trauma-informed. I predominantly use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Art Therapy during telehealth sessions. If you would prefer face-to-face counseling sessions, contact me about EcoTherapy nature-based counseling which takes place in the Mt. Hood National Forest.

Moving forward in your healing journey takes a lot of courage and commitment. Please contact me today for a free consultation to find out if Zenn Counseling LLC is a good fit for you.
