Life's challenges can often feel overwhelming. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues or career related stress, I'm here to support you. My therapeutic style is compassionate yet direct and I take a non-judgmental approach in working with clients. With a background in trauma-informed yoga, I incorporate mindfulness and body awareness into sessions. My practice, Heart Root Counseling, offers individual talk therapy, trauma focused therapy and nature-based therapy. Sessions take place online, in my office or outdoors depending on client preference. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or at a crossroads in your life, I invite you to reach out. You do not have to do this alone. Call, text or email me to set up a free consultation.
