I am a clinical social worker who enjoys working with individuals and couples. I believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship to facilitate growth and change in our lives. There are times when life will present us with situations that leave us confused, frustrated, anxious or grief stricken. At times like this it can be helpful to seek therapy so that we may sort out deeper internal patterns that no longer serve us.
I feel that it is my job to bear witness to your story and offer reflection and interpretation that may allow you to see better into yourself. Approaching each individual as the primary interpreter of their own experience and leaning on the power of the therapeutic relationship I feel is key to helping you move closer your personal goals.
